For cancellations, made before or on December 1, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations after December 1. Substitutions will be allowed in lieu of refunds.

iGO is pleased to announce Captain Scott T. Mulvehill, Commanding Officer of the U.S. Naval Base in San Diego, as the distinguished keynote speaker for the iGO Mid-Winter Conference.

Based out of the Naval Base Coronado, Capt. Mulvehill’s discussion will be on the challenges of running a 100-year-old complex of military bases, balancing community concerns with operational needs, and some of the leadership lessons he has learned along his 25-year career. Earn Credits for CPO and CPL Programs

By attending the 2018 iGO Mid-Winter Conference, you can earn credits toward certification or renewal of the Certified Public Official (CPO) designation and the Certificate in Public Leadership (CPL) through the George Washington University Center for Excellence in Public Leadership.

  • Earn credits towards your CPO designation by attending the conference educational sessions
  • Attend the on-site GWU classes to earn up to two credits toward the CPL.
