How do I purchase a Trade Show Booth?
How do I purchase a Trade Show Booth?
  1. View the Trade Show Floor Plan (coming soon) to see which booths are still available.

  2. Download and complete the fillable pdf Booth Reservation Form and email it to Peggy Sparks, iGO Trade Show Director at pegysparks@att.net.

  3. Send your check to the iGO office or call 919.459.2080 x6100 to pay for your booth over the phone with a credit card.

  4. Download and complete the fillable pdf Exhibitor Information Form and email it to igoinfo@iaogo.org to have your information displayed on our website and in the iGO Conference App.

    1. The order in which companies are listed in the online Current Exhibitor Directory is determined by who turns in their finalized Exhibitor Information Form first.

    2. Booth purchase must be completed before this form is turned in.

  5. Download and complete a Business Partner Registration Form (coming soon) for any booth attendants who also want to register for the conference, and email it to igoinfo@iaogo.org.

    1. Send your check to the iGO office or call 800-890-7368 to pay for your registrations over the phone with a credit card.

  1. Access to an 8′ x 10′ booth.

  2. 6′ Draped Table:

    1. Colors of drapes are burgundy and gray.

  3. Two chairs for each booth.

  4. An ID sign for your company.

  5. Add-on possible with your booth purchase:

    1. If booth attendees want to attend other parts of the 2021 iGO Annual Conference, they can purchase a Business Partner Registration.

      1. Download and complete a Business Partner Registration Form (coming soon) for each attendee.

      2. Send it into the iGO office with your check, or email it to igoinfo@iaogo.org and call 800-890-7368 to pay for registrations over the phone with a credit card.

  1. Download and complete the Exhibitor Information Form.

  2. Email it, along with your logo, to igoinfo@iaogo.org.

    1. Please ensure that your logo is 400 x 400 and either a .jpg or .png.

  3. Within one week your company’s profile will be displayed online in the Current Exhibitor Directory.

    1. The order in which companies are listed in the directory is determined by who turns in their finalized Exhibitor Information Form first.

    2. Booth purchase must be completed before this form is turned in.

  1. Review the Sponsorship Levels and Sponsorship Opportunities (coming soon) to learn about the different sponsorship options that are available for 2021 and the iGO Annual Conference, and how each opportunity will allow your company to get extra exposure with our attendees.

  2. Contact Peggy Sparks at 713.628.8809 or pegysparks@att.net to determine which Sponsorship Opportunities (coming soon) are still available, ask any questions, and select the best Sponsorship Level for your company.

  3. Send your sponsorship check to the iGO office or call 800-890-7368 to make a payment over the phone with a credit card.

  4. Download and complete the fillable pdf Sponsor Information Form and email it to igoinfo@iaogo.org to have your information displayed and visible to all registered attendees in the iGO Conference App, and on the iGO Website when allowed by the sponsorship level.

  5. Download and complete a Business Partner Registration Form (coming soon) for any employees who also plan on registering for the conference, and email it to igoinfo@iaogo.org.

    1. Unless this is for the Platinum or Diamond complementary registrations, send your check to the iGO office or call 800-890-7368 to pay for the registrations over the phone with a credit card.
