What is this?
An economist, a poker player, and an auditor walk into a bar. Not really, but this presentation will borrow for all three professions as we analyze decision making as a process. We will start with a review of logical fallacies and other factors that influence our thinking in ways that can lead to poor decisions and we will end with a framework for ensuring that you consider all relevant factors when making decisions. Participants will walk away with two things: an increased awareness of the factors that influence their thinking and an analytical structure for approaching both personal and professional decisions.
